Warships were founded By Salami, In Sept of 1998, We have grown into a well respected squad in the UK, US, GE, JAP and Korean Communities. The Ships are about a Team and family, not about just 1 person. I think that's what made the success that we have seen. I've seen so many asshole acting squads and we don't want to be one of them...... so if your up to the challenge in getting this squad to be one of the best......or at least we'll have lots of fun lol... .here's some info on the way we work got a little bit of work ahead of you

This is the core speech for any new pilot that join our family. Warships, as most squads have experienced ups and downs, but gladly, a strong group is still together. We have lost old friends but gained new ones, leaving us memories of the old friends. First of all, we'd like to thanks everyone past and present that has made Warships what it is. We have established ourselves as one of the top squads in AirAttack for a period of many years now. We have won the 2xSquad, KTF, SNL, LTS and 4xSquad and we hope to win many more.
Warships was one of the first squads to have it's own rookie squad. We try to train them up, and some progressed, others faded. We made alot of friends in the early days. Our first main rival was Avengers, not a bad rivalry, but competitive. We thought this because at that point, they were very similar ability and the matches were always close. Over the years, we have had some bad feuds with certain squads, but still remain stong and had some great results over the years.
However, 2003 was rocky year for Warships. It was the year that Warships nearly fell apart. Alot of things happened, about 5 pilots left, leaving them with only about 5-6 regulars with the limit being 8, which was disheartning for matches. However, 2004 saw a few of the pilots come back, along with good recruiting, Warships bounced back. That year was the first year we won the 2xSquad League! Just pipped TKFM to the post.
In 2006, we had some devestating news. On October 1st 2006, our close friend and X/o Thunderbolt aka Ron Howard passed away. Words cannot describe how much this guy meant to Warships, and there is a whole page attempting to get across how we felt about that redneck.
Now in 2007 and to present. Ketsujin offered us AA back. We have moved from Wireplay, to GCpro to KAA, to DBE, back to KAA and now finally it seems we're on our final server. All the hosts have been great apart from DBE, who robbed so many aa players. They got people to pay subscriptions and got loans off certain people, and they ran off with the money, which is disgusting. Since Ketsujin, the server is far more stable, new players are coming to the game, and old pilots coming back into the game. There is currently 11 Squads, who can put a team of 6 forward, which is alot less the it use to be, but it's not bad for a game that has to run in 600 by 480 resolution!
This is a great game, and what makes it even better, is playing with friends. So hopefully many more years to come for Warships and tophies of course
